The first episode of the second season is the first episode where we get deeper insight into the personal life of Tim. Tim reveals he has "several blood clots in his brain" and mentions that he is unsure if he's gonna do an operation to remove them, something Gregg strongly encourage him to do. This is the first mention of Tim's ongoing health issues and starts the story arc of Gregg taking the rational point of view in medical treatment.
